Jack responded quickly to my job post and quoted me for a induction stove installation. He worked efficiently and left the kitchen clean. I also really liked how he picked up on some other issues with some downlights (fire safety related) and offered quotes on rectifying them, with different options based on my budget. Also gave me some great advice on my upcoming solar panel installation. He's a really good communicator, is patient and actively listens as I tried to take my time with explaining what I wanted. He also had good attention to detail, making several adjustments to the induction stove cut out to ensure it had good fit & finish. Would recommend and I'd be glad to work with Jack again on future jobs.

It was a great experience with Jack and Sam for installing 23 down lights at my place. Sam was very professional and promt both when visiting the property for quote and alsp while installation. He made sure to call out anything that wasn't going as per the plan, for example if there was a timber on the roof and the down light placement had to me moved slightly off centre, instead of just installing them without asking. I would highly recommend Edition electicals for any electrical jobs and would definitely use their services again. I got the lowest quote form them but that didn't mean there was any compromise in quality of workmanship.

I highly recommend Edition Electrical! Sam did an incredible job replacing all my electrical switches with Zigbee-enabled ones, and the results are fantastic. He handled every challenge with expertise, even cutting new holes where necessary, ensuring a seamless installation process. I wish I had asked for the young man’s name who probably saved my girls and their pets lives. Having rented a cottage for years and being told by a different electrician that the power point in the kitchen can’t be fixed. Along came EEC and actually went in the roof cavity and found this!!! So very grateful to you for actually looking for the problem. You did a good thing today!!! ☺️

Jake and the team were professional with excellent communication. They were asked to install two ceiling fans and were available within 48 hours of making contact with them. The workmanship was excellent and they left the place tidy and clean removing all the packaging as well. What a bonus will definitely use them again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had Edition Electrical Contractors install three ceiling fans at my home last week, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The two electricians who attended , a senior electrician Jack and an apprentice Ben, were absolutely outstanding! Their workmanship was of an exceptionally high standard, and they were polite, professional, and extremely conscientious throughout the entire job. Their attention to detail was impressive. When one fan was relocated to ensure it was perfectly centred in the room, they went the extra mile and repaired the ceiling as well, a level of care and pride in their work that is rare to see. The work areas were left spotless, and the overall experience was excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear and professional, and the after-sales and warranty service was fast, easy, and stress-free. Jack, the company’s Director, returned on site to check a short-lived intermittent light flickering issue, which turned out to be related to recent weather conditions rather than any fault with the installation. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Edition Electrical Contractors for any electrical work. Exceptional service, workmanship, and professionalism.

I’ve got a new fan installed in the lounge room and the service by the gentleman young man that come to the front door was exemplary. He was polite and cling up any mess that was left. Not that there was any much in the fan works wonderfully and he didn’t leave it until everything was checked and I was happy with it. I’ve learned that this company I’ll use again. Customer service goes along way and they’ve certainly got it in Spades
